Updates to the default messages when invoices, quotes and orders are sent.
Original Message: “Please contact us immediately if you are unable to detach or download your invoice”
New Updated Message: “Hi, your invoice is ready”
If you have changed the default message in the past, your preset message will remain the same after you’ve updated your MYOB.
If you would like to change your default message go to Setup > Preferences > Email > Email Defaults.
No more spending time debt collecting – With 2018.4 you can now set an automatic reminder to send your customers to pay their invoice.
Preview your Pay Run
Now you can preview your pay run and fix any errors before you record it.
Easy to identify errors including;
- Items mapped to the wrong ATO payroll category.
- Superannuation not mapped at all (therefore reporting 0).
- Tax-free items that are not reducing gross amounts.
Spend Money Attachments
Build a more efficient and paper free workplace!
Easily attach receipts and documents to spend money transactions.
Find transaction attachments with ease. A new attachment icon is now displayed in the bank register next to the entered transactions. Double click the icon to view the attachment.
Attach Documents to your Contact Cards
Corresponding documentation can now be added to supplier, customer and employee card files. Simply open the card file of choice, click attachments (top left) then drag and drop your desired documentation or click ‘add document’ to be able to select from a file destination.
